Make sure you're all stretched out. Shake out those muscles and let's move! You can repeat this circuit as many times as you like, get comfortable and let's jump into it!

10 squats

15 Jumping Jacks

15 stepping ups (driving your elbow to opposite knee)

REST

8 Lunges (each leg)

10 Knee Pushups

10 Crunches

REST

30 Second Plank 

30 Second High knees. 

Rest & Repeat!!
